Frequently Asked Questions
We select premium Nordic birch wood as raw material. FDA-certified, unbleached and coating-free, retaining natural wood grain. Hard texture, resistant to breakage.
Standard: Round-handle knife/fork/spoon (16cm)
Custom: Customizable sizes (60-210mm), MOQ 1 million units. Supports logo hot stamping or ink printing (MOQ 10k units).
We guarantee:
Replacement within 7 days of receipt with photo proof (if breakage rate >5%).
Return/replacement for batch quality issues + return shipping covered by us.
Samples: FedEx/DHL (5-7 working days)
Bulk orders:
Sea freight (20-35 days)
Air freight (5-7 days)
Incoterms: EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP
First order: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
Repeat customers: 30% deposit, 70% balance within one week against B/L copy.
